Spaghetti Al Pomodoro
  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

  2. While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a pan.

  3. Add garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant.

  4. Add mixed cherry and baby plum tomatoes to the pan.

  5. Cook tomatoes until they break down and form a sauce.

  6. Season with salt.

  7. Drain spaghetti and add it to the pan with the tomato sauce.

  8. Toss to combine.

  9. Serve immediately, topped with fresh basil and grated Grana Padano/Parmigiano Reggiano.
