Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Start by butterflying your chicken breasts and lay them in a greased baking dish.
Season both sides generously with garlic salt, pepper, and red chili flakes.
Mix together the dijon, honey, and white wine vinegar.
Pour over the chicken and then brush it on to make sure it’s all covered in the sauce.
Sprinkle on the cheese, then crunch the onions in your hand before sprinkling them over the cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes.
