Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain grease. Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese and shredded cheese until melted and smooth.
Flatten each Pillsbury Grands biscuit into a circle.
Place beef filling in the center, add pickles on top (optional) . Fold and pinch edges to seal.
Place seam-side down on a baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 375°F for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown.
Serve warm with dipping sauces.
