Line a tray with greaseproof paper and then lay the pitted dates in one even layer, overlapping so they stick together. Use the base of a glass to compress the dates down into one cohesive sheet
Melt the chocolate and pour it over the dates, spreading it evenly to the very edges of the base
Drizzle over the peanut butter
Sprinkle over the Holie's protein crunch granola
Finish with a pinch of flaky salt
Freeze for 20 minutes or until set
Break into pieces and enjoy! You can store this bark in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to a month.
