Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese
  1. Dump the butter, garlic powder and parsley into a small mixing bowl.

  2. Stir all of the ingredients together well.

  3. Spread the garlic butter mixture on the four slices of bread.

  4. Flip over two slices of bread so that they are butter side down.

  5. Divide the shredded cheese evenly between these two slices of bread.

  6. Place the remaining two slices of bread, butter side up, on top of the cheese to form two sandwiches.

  7. Place the sandwiches in a large saute pan over low heat.

  8. Cook until the bottoms are golden brown. About 4-5 minutes.

  9. Flip the sandwiches and continue cooking until the other side is golden brown. About 4-5 minutes.

  10. Remove the pan from the heat.

  11. Serve and enjoy!
