Oven Roasted Aloo Gobi (potato & Cauliflower)
  1. Preheat your oven to 200℃/390℉.

  2. Add your chopped cauliflower, potato, and sliced onion to a large bowl.

  3. Add your spices.

  4. Add your oil.

  5. Give everything a good mix.

  6. Transfer the spiced mixture to a lined baking tray.

  7. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

  8. Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lemon.
