Seared Fish Tacos With Mango Salsa
  1. Season the cod (or haddock) with smoked paprika, mustard powder, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

  2. Add lime juice and avocado oil to the fish and sear in a pan until golden.

  3. For the salsa, combine diced mangoes, red bell pepper, red onion, and jalapeño.

  4. Add diced avocado, lime juice, and avocado oil to the salsa mixture.

  5. Warm flour tortillas and fill with seared fish and mango salsa.

  6. Drizzle with sriracha mayo made from mayonnaise, garlic, lime juice, and sriracha.

  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
