Sautéed White Beans And Spinach
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté, stirring often, until just turning lightly browned on the edges, about 3 to 4 minutes (don't let it burn!). Add the red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.

  2. Add the broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the spinach and then the beans. Cook until the spinach has completely wilted, about 5 minutes.

  3. Stir in the malt vinegar and serve at once.
