French Meat Stuffing by The Don Man
  1. Saute beef and pork with onions in large saucepot until all broken up and no pink meat left. Add water and simmer for about ½ hour. Skim any fat from top of pan.

  2. Add allspice, salt and pepper. Add mashed to thicken then add some unsalted crackers to get the consistency you want.

  3. Readjust spices as needed. Cool for about 2 hours to below 40 degrees. Store in fridge until ready to stuff your chicken or turkey.
