Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix well to combine.
Add 1-2 tbsp of the mixture into your rice paper rolls and fold.
Pan fry each of the rice paper rolls in a hot pan with a bit of oil. Make sure you fry them for long enough that they're crispy on the bottom, otherwise they'll stick and fall apart.
Make the sauce by adding all of the ingredients to a bowl and mixing well to combine.
