Cream Cheese and Butter : Soften the cream cheese and butter. To soften evenly (and achieve the smoothest frosting), cut the butter and cream cheese into small pieces, and let sit out at room temperature for 1-2 hours.
Mix the cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy, and there are no lumps left.
Add vanilla and powdered sweetener and continue to whip until stiff but light and fluffy. Add more powdered sweetener as preferred for your desired texture
