Lindt Chocolate Fondants For Two
  1. Freeze the two lindt chocolates for a couple of hours

  2. Preheat the oven to 190ºc fan

  3. Brush a little melted butter into the moulds and coat in a dusting of cocoa powder

  4. Add the dark chocolate and butter to a bowl and melt together and leave to cool for 5 minutes

  5. Add the egg and egg yolks and mix together

  6. Add the sugar, and flour, and mix again

  7. Pour into the two moulds and press the frozen lindt ball into the middle

  8. Bake for 15–17 minutes

  9. Cool for 10 minutes, and then turn out onto your serving plates
