Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole
  1. Preheat the oven to 350

  2. In a large bowl, add the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, diced ham, cream of chicken soup, Swiss and mozzarella cheese, milk and Dijon mustard. Season it with salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix everything together until it’s evenly combined.

  3. Place the mixture into a greased 9 x 13” baking dish.

  4. In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter and breadcrumbs and sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly on top of the casserole

  5. Place it into the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the breadcrumbs are toasted.

  6. Let it cool slightly, garnish with parsley (optional), serve warm and enjoy!
