To make the base place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together until a sticky flapjack consistency is formed & set aside.
To make the jam heat your frozen fruit in a saucepan when it starts to get soft squish it down with a fork and add the chia seeds. keep cooking until a jammy texture is made.
In a separate pan or microwave melt your chocolate with a tbsps of coconut oil.
To layer up place some baking paper in a baking tray or large tupperware and first put in your oat mixture, squish it down with a fork so it covers the bottom & creates a solid base. next spread your jam evenly on top, then finally the melted chocolate. place this in the freezer for 30 minutes to solidify.
Once set cut into squares and enjoy or place in a air tight container so you can enjoy whenever.
