3-ingredient Raspberry Spuma (mousse)
  1. To a food processor, add the raspberries, egg whites and sugar.

  2. Blend for 3 minutes, until the mixture goes from a rich, deep pink to a light pale pink.

  3. Divide amongst 4 serving cups and serve right away with fresh raspberries on top.
