In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, maple syrup and nut butter.
Roll the mixture unto teaspoon size balls and place them on a cookie sheet.
Pair up two rolled balls and put them together gently.
Use a fork to push down each ball creating a hatch pattern on top.
Bake for approximately 10 - 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove from oven and let cool completely.
Spread the additional nut butter in the back of one cookie and sandwich it together with another cookie.
