Preheat the oven to 356°F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a blender or food processor, combine soaked lentils, eggs, and yogurt. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a large mixing bowl. Add the spring onions, feta, dill, salt, pepper, baking powder, spinach, and olive oil. Stir until fully combined.
Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the surface.
Bake for 55–60 minutes, or until the bread is firm and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool completely before slicing.
