Orange Creamsicle Protein Shake
  1. Not all protein powders are created equal. If desired, adjust shake consistency by adding more or less liquid per package instructions. This recipe will make about 4 cups of shake. Work in batches to best fit your blender.

  2. Wash, dry, and juice oranges into a blender.

  3. Add milk, protein powder, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt to the blender. Blend on high speed for several minutes until smooth.

  4. To serve, divide shake between glasses, adding ice if desired. Enjoy!
