Red Bean Mochi - Plain And Matcha Flavors
  1. Mix glutinous rice flour, corn starch, and sugar together

  2. Add milk and cooking oil to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth

  3. Divide the mochi dough in half

  4. Keep one half plain for original flavor mochi

  5. Mix matcha powder into the other half for matcha flavored mochi

  6. Steam or cook both portions of dough until soft and stretchy

  7. Dust with cooked flour to prevent sticking

  8. Fill each mochi with red bean paste

  9. Shape into soft, stretchy mochi balls
