  2. Stir fry rock sugar until caramelized (a nice reddish brown)

  3. Coat pork belly in caramel

  4. Add seasoning

  5. Top off with water until it covers all the pork

  6. Let the pork belly boil to soften the meat and for the sauce to reduce for at least 30-45 minutes
