Combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
Mix warm water, mashed roasted garlic, and olive oil in a separate bowl.
Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a shaggy dough.
Fold in chopped rosemary.
Knead the dough until smooth.
Let the dough rise until doubled in size.
Shape the dough into a round loaf.
Let the shaped loaf rise again.
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
Score the top of the loaf.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
