  1. Start by cooking and draining the two boxes of frozen chopped spinach, ensuring to squeeze out as much moisture as possible.

  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the drained spinach, herb stuffing mix, chopped onions, beaten eggs, melted butter, grated Romano cheese, garlic salt, thyme, and black pepper.

  4. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

  5. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until they are lightly browned.

  7. Once done, serve and enjoy!
