Place ¼ pound organic chicken livers and ¼ cup broth or filtered water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer for eight minutes.
Pour liver with liquid into a food processor, blender or baby mill. Mix with 1-2 teaspoons butter and a ¼ teaspoon
unrefined sea salt. Blend to desired consistency
Place individual servings in small containers and refrigerate or freeze.
