Take your time building the masala as this is where all the taste comes from
Combine salt, garam masala, coriander, and red chilli mix
Heat butter or ghee in a pan
Add medium onion and cook
Add ginger and garlic paste
Add tomato passata or tinned tomatoes
Add water and mix well
Add the Spices
Add Yoghurt and cook till oil separates.
Add boneless chicken and cook until done
