High-protein Buster Bars
  1. Combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, protein powder, and chocolate chips in a bowl.

  2. Portion out the mixture onto a baking sheet and flatten each ball.

  3. Insert popsicle sticks and sprinkle chopped peanuts on top.

  4. Freeze the yogurt balls.

  5. Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil for the coating.

  6. Dip the frozen yogurt balls in the melted chocolate.

  7. Sprinkle with Maldon flake salt and freeze again before serving.
