Boil the lemon for 5 minutes
Cut the lemon and remove seeds
Add lemon, sugar, salt, eggs, milk, and oil to a bowl
Blend until smooth
Add flour and baking powder, mix
Pour into a mold
Bake at 160°C for 1 hour
Cool completely
Top with glaze made from 2 tbsp powdered sugar and 1 tbsp lemon juice
