Bacon Cheeseburger Pickle Poppers
  1. Slice ends off of pickles and slice in half longways

  2. With a spoon or knife remove the seeds and membrane from inside pickle

  3. In the canoe-shaped void, add cooked ground beef

  4. Sprinkle a pinch of your favorite seasoning on top of beef

  5. Add a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese on top

  6. Wrap in one slice of bacon to cover, add more seasoning on top

  7. Smoke at 275F for 1 hour

  8. After 1 hour increase temperature to 350F

  9. Cook for 10-15 minutes until bacon is crisp to your liking

  10. Add about 1 TBSP of BBQ sauce and brush on each pickle popper

  11. Allow to glaze for 5-10 minutes

  12. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes before serving
