Remove the stems from ¾ of the box of strawberries and then thinly dice them.
Once the strawberries are diced super small, transfer to a bowl with 1 box of raspberries.
Mash the raspberries and strawberries until all the raspberries are mashed, then mix in 1 TBSP chia seeds.
Scoop into bite sized pieces and place on parchment paper.
Freeze for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, top each bite with a spoonful of peanut butter, then place back in the freezer for 1-2 hours (until bites are fully frozen).
Melt 1 bag of chocolate chips with 1 TBSP coconut oil, then dip each bite into the chocolate.
Place back on parchment paper and freeze for 30 minutes, then enjoy.
