Frozen Tofu Hack
  1. Cut the tofu in slices or cubes.

  2. Put the tofu in the freezer until completely frozen.

  3. Defrost the frozen tofu by leaving it in the fridge or pouring hot water on it.

  4. Once defrosted, squeeze out as much water as possible.

  5. For the batter, mix the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and mixed herbs. Add the soy milk and mix until smooth.

  6. Prepare the breadcrumb coating by mixing breadcrumbs with salt, pepper, paprika, and mixed herbs.

  7. Dip the tofu in the batter, coating both sides.

  8. Place the battered tofu in the breadcrumb mixture and coat well.

  9. Fry the coated tofu or cook it in an air fryer or oven.
