3 Protein Rich Lentil Bagel (video)
  1. Wash and soak lentil overnight or for at least 4-5 hours.

  2. Drain all the water then add it to a blender along with other ingredients.

  3. Grind everything to make paste.

  4. Now make small balls. Then shape them to bagel.

  5. Place them into a baking tray with a parchment paper.

  6. Preheat the oven to 350F( 180C).

  7. Bake for 30 mins or until golden and crispy.
