Buffalo Chicken Protein Casserole
  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Chop your chicken breasts and cook on medium-high heat in a pan on the stove top for a few minutes until the outside is cooked.

  3. Layer the cream cheese in the bottom of a pan.

  4. In a mixing bowl, mix the greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and hot sauce.

  5. Add the chicken breast to the sauce mixture and toss.

  6. Pour the mixture into the cake tin and drizzle with extra hot sauce.

  7. Place in the oven for 50 minutes.

  8. After 50 minutes, remove and top with the panko and crushed cornflakes.

  9. Bake for an additional 20 minutes until the top is golden brown.
