Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss wings with oil, salt, and pepper. Bake 40–45 minutes (or air-fry 25 minutes at 400°F) until crispy.
Heat hot sauce, honey, soy sauce, butter, and red pepper flakes until bubbly. Toss wings until coated.
Heat sesame oil, sauté garlic and ginger, add broth, soy sauce, chili paste, and paprika. Simmer.
Cook noodles directly in broth until tender, 3–4 minutes.
Divide noodles into bowls. Top with wings, green onions, eggs, and lime.
