Creamy Lemon Ditalini Pasta
  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan with some minced garlic and shallot.

  2. Add ditalini Pasta & stir for about a minute, being careful not to burn the pasta.

  3. Stir in seasonings.

  4. Add chicken broth & water. Let boil until most of the broth is absorbed.

  5. Add heavy whipping cream

  6. Stir in butter and juice of 1 lemon.

  7. Stir in Parmesan.

  8. Top with fresh Parmesan and Lemon Zest!
