Mix together tahini, light soy sauce, Chinese black vinegar, honey or sugar, chilli oil, and minced garlic to make the bang bang sauce
Prepare rice paper rolls according to package directions
Shred the rotisserie chicken
Thinly slice the purple cabbage, green cabbage, carrot, and spring onion
Slice the avocado
Fill each rice paper roll with chicken, cabbage, carrot, spring onion, and avocado
Serve with the bang bang sauce for dipping
