Preheat oven at 450 F
Add tomatoes, sliced red onion, artichokes, squash, garlic,oregano, thyme, olive oil, Calabrian chili pepper, salt and pepper to a baking dish and mix well. Roast for 20 minutes.
Add wine or broth, season Cod filets with olive oil, salt and pepper and rest them on top of veggies.
Roast for another 12 minutes until bubbly.
Squeeze some lemon on top, sprinkle with parsley
