Homemade Honeycomb Ice-cream
  1. Separate the egg whites from the eggs and beat until stiff

  2. Beat the cream until thick

  3. Add the condensed milk to the thick cream and fold in gently

  4. Very gently fold in the stiff egg whites into the condensed milk/cream mix

  5. Add the smashed honeycomb and fold in gently

  6. Pour into a 2L container and freeze overnight
