Almond Joy Bark
  1. Melt chocolate over double boiler.

  2. Add coconut and almond extract. Mix well.

  3. Spread over a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Sprinkle with almonds and coconut.

  5. Throw it in the fridge for 45 minutes to harden.

  6. Chop it up into shards when hard.
