Braised Short Ribs

This was mostly to bookmark the video (I'll need to write out the recipe when I have time)

  1. Sauté onions, garlic, and thyme

  2. Add short ribs to the sautéed aromatics

  3. Pour in beef stock

  4. Add balsamic vinegar instead of red wine

  5. Braise until tender

  6. Reduce the sauce until it reaches desired consistency
