    Glaze

  1. Submerge or partially submerge gammon in water in slow cooker. Add onion chopped into quarter chunks and your aromatics. Slow cook the gammon joint. Ideally on low for 6-8 hours

  2. Make the honey glaze

  3. Take the cooked gammon out of the slow cooker and score it in diagonal cuts. Apply the glaze all over.

  4. Finish the gammon in the air fryer or oven. 180C for 20-30 mins
