Marinate the chicken in garlic, lemon, oil, paprika, salt & pepper.
Fry bacon until crispy. Set aside.
Toast the bread in the same pan.
Cook chicken 2–3 min per side until cooked through.
Assemble: Bread + mayo + lettuce, tomato, onion, avo; Bread (mayo on both sides) + chicken, cheese, bacon, pickles; Final bread slice.
Secure with 4 toothpicks, cut into quarters.
