Pickled Eggs
  1. Mix the pickle brine in a saucepan and bring to a boil to melt the salt and sugar.

  2. Let it cool then pour over your peeled hard boiled eggs in a sealable 1 litre jar.

  3. Place in fridge for a minimum 24 hours, the flavour will get stronger over a few days, so taste after a day and see how strong you want the flavour.
