Cook Pasta: In a large pot of boiling water, cook pasta to al dente according to package instructions. Drain, and set aside.
Start the sauce: While the pasta is cooking, heat a little olive oil in a large skillet. Add onions and cook 2-3 minutes until soft. Then, add shrimp and cook until heated through. Note: The TJ's Argentinian shrimp comes already cooked, so you just need to warm it through.
Finish Sauce: To the onions and shrimp, add the lobster bisque and cherry tomatoes. Stir, and cook until heated through.
Add Pasta & Finish: To the skillet, add your cooked pasta. Toss until the pasta is well-coated with the sauce. Add in Parmesan cheese and stir. Serve right away and garnish with more parmesan, if needed!
