Grilled Corn, Steak, And Peach Dense Bean Salad
  1. Generously season the steak with the sea salt and set it on a paper towel on a grill tray to let the salt absorb.

  2. Shuck the corn and coat in the avocado oil.

  3. Preheat the grill to around 400°F.

  4. Grill the corn for 10 minutes, then move to a lower rack and add the steak to cook for about 3 minutes on each side until medium rare.

  5. Slice the tomatoes, chop the peaches, mince the chives and cilantro, and add to a bowl.

  6. Rinse and drain the beans, then add to the bowl.

  7. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and add to the bowl.

  8. Cut the corn off the cob and add to the bowl.

  9. Mix together the lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, herbs, garlic, honey, and salt for the dressing.

  10. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss.

  11. Serve topped with fresh burrata.
