Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grab an 8x8” baking pan. Line the baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl combine eggs, sugars, butter and almond butter. Combine well and then add in oats, slivered almonds, flour, baking soda and cinnamon and give one last thorough mix.
Transfer about two thirds of the oat mixture in to the baking dish and press down.
In a pot on the stove, combine sweetened condensed milk, butter, chocolate and coconut. Stir constantly on medium to low heat until melted and well combined.
Pour the fudge mixture over top the crust and even out. Sprinkle large clumps of the remaining oat mixture over top the fudge. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the oat crumble is golden and crispy and the fudge is set.
Remove from the oven and let cool before cutting in to slices and enjoying!!
