Mexican Street Corn Dip
  1. Cook frozen corn to package directions on stove top.

  2. Combine mayo and sour cream.

  3. Add crumbled Cojita cheese and shredded cheese, mix.

  4. Add in spices, mix well, adjust spice levels as needed.

  5. Add cooked corn, lime juice and cilantro, combine and adjust constancy if needed.

  6. Garnish with Cilantro and crumbled cojita.

  7. Pair with your favorite tortilla chip.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
