Smoked Salmon Pasta
  1. Fry the shallot/onion and garlic in Fry Light until softened.

  2. Add the parsley, capers, and smoked salmon and stir to combine.

  3. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in the stock pot water.

  4. Drain the pasta and add it to the salmon mixture.

  5. Stir in the labneh/cream cheese, cream, milk, and cornflour (if using) until well combined and creamy.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Serve with a squeeze of lemon juice and grated parmesan on top.
