Ingredients:
Add 1 cup plain yogurt to a small bowl along with 1-2 cloves minced garlic or 1 tsp garlic paste and 1 tbsp
lemon juice.
Skip adding salt if your kebabs already taste salty.
If the kebabs seem a little salty, stir in ¼ tsp sugar or honey to balance the flavors.
Optionally, add 1 tbsp olive oil or a pinch of cumin or sumac for extra flavor.
Whisk until smooth and refrigerate until ready to serve.
