Protein Mug Cake
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine all dry ingredients (aside from chocolate chips) in an oven or microwave proof dish.

  3. Add wet ingredients and stir together.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until puffed on top but not cooked through completely.

  5. Remove and add chocolate chips - let them melt slightly then spread overtop.
