Cavolo Nero Caesar Salad With Vegetarian Chicken Fillets
  1. Start by cutting the bread into squares, drizzle over oil and herbs and mix well. Roast or AirFry until crisp and golden.

  2. Fry Impeckable fillets in olive oil for 5 minutes or until golden on each side.

  3. Blend all the dressing ingredients until smooth, adding more water to make a nice dropping consistency.

  4. Tear the Cavolo Nero up and get into a bowl along with a small drizzle of olive oil. Use your hands to massage the leaves, this will help eliminate bitterness. Chop up the chicken and add it to the bowl along with the dressing and mix well. Serve with the croutons and a healthy sprinkle of seeds.
