Whisk eggs in a medium bowl.
Mix in melted butter, milk, and salt.
Break apart salmon into bite-sized or slightly larger pieces.
Add bread and salmon to the bowl and gently toss until combined.
Scrape into the loaf pan.
Bake for 45- 60 minutes until puffed and lightly browned.
